I can't imagine having been through breast cancer without this office and doctor. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Potruch. I love him! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Contino was good but Dr. Ptruch gave me the creeps.

Dr. Potruch is top notch. And his quick and incisive assessment of my wife's problems gave us both a strong feeling of confidence. However, his office suffers greatly from document incompetence. It was our first time and we had to fill out so many different documents. Instead of 10 different and distinct documents to fill out, why not make one document with several pages all stapled together. And ELIMINATE repeated fields to fill out such as NAME, DATE, REFERRING PHYSICIAN, and all the insurance information. They took a copy of our Driver's Licence and Insurance Card, then why should I fill out all that info again???? By doing this small improvement would save 5-10 mins of our time. Also, why should we have to fill out everything on paper only for some poor nursing assistant to interpret our writing and re-enter into a computer??? Just buy a couple of IPADs and put the form onto an IPAD and we can fill them out electronically, saving time, improving accuracy, and improving the customer experience. When one returning customer (an older lady) was asked to fill out again a form she had filled out a year before, she resisted, asking why should she have to fill it out again if none of her information changed from the previous year. The receptionist quipped back, "because that is how we can stay employed".
Too often I see that the best doctors have the WORST staff! And unfortunately, those with the best staff often are the worst doctors. This is wrong!
