I felt like the advice they were giving me was very biased. It didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The front desk treats people with no respect. They only take checks and are expensive . It's all about the money . I would not recommend them to anyone !!!

No. It took me several times to get through.

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. They charge for every little piece of paperwork or phone call for or to your insurance. And they would also tell you it would take a week before they could get the information taken care of. Sometimes it's very hard to have them answer the phone.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly.

Irene Nickolakis over and double books appointments. You can sit in the extremely small waiting room for up to 2 hours waiting and when you complain about that the receptionist just says "that's the way we do it here". It's obvious that's it's just all about making money with them.
