It was very easy to get an appointment. I have always been able to get in when necessary. Dr. Springle always acts as if I am the only appt. he has...calm, unhurried, friendly but professional. I am extremely upset that I may have to change physicians because of my new company insurance.. They've never used foul language and they always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
