David H. Pohl

David Pohl is an experienced business lawyer and seasoned executive who served as President and CEO of Patriot Scientific Corporation, Carlsbad, CA, a publicly-held company, from June, 2005 until June, 2007. Mr. Pohl serves as a Director for Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tustin, California, a publicly-held clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Law and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of California. Mr. Pohl holds degrees in Law and Business from Ohio State University. He is a member of the Corporate Directors Forum of San Diego, has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Ohio State Bar Association, and is an Emeritus member of the Board of Directors of the American Financial Services Association, Washington, D.C.
