Alejandro Calvo, MD
Dr Alejandro Calvo specializes in medical oncology and hematology. He has a particular interest in the management of thoracic and breast malignancies. He received his medical degree from Universidad Mayor de San Simón, Faculty of Health Sciences in Bolivia. He finished his Internal Medicine residency at Kettering Health Main Campus\-Wright State University where he served as Chief Resident for an additional year. He completed an Oncology and Hematology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute where he was the Amgen Fellow of the year during his senior year. He is Board\-Certified in Medical Oncology since 2000, Hematology since 2004, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine since 2012.
